Oh, this looks like a lot of work; let's save it for later. Go check out the fun page first. Plenty of time for serious business after a refreshing little break.

Oh good,  you're back. Ready to get started? Here's the plan. This was my bright idea so I'll go first. See those hats up there? They represent four general categories of, shall we say, opportunities for improvement in the way we do things around here. Under each one is a laundry list of topics that deserve our attention. Click on the hat for a general discussion, then go on to the particular topics one at a time. I will attempt to describe the issues and positions as best I can, and throw out a few ideas. You take it from there. Each one has its own blog page, where you are welcome to share your comments and suggestions. I will post a selection of the best new ideas on a regular basis, with any luck weekly. If we can come up with enough material, I will publish it in a newsletter and/or maybe a series of podcasts. We're making this up as we go along after all, so let's just play along together and see where it goes. Thank you for your support!
